BALSAMIC SEASONING.
Produced in Reggio Emilia,
it comes from the grapes must of our hills, left in small barrels made of different
types of wood. With the slow maturation, the pouring from a barrel to another and
the sure cares of the master, it gains a shining brown colour and it becomes more
and more syrupy. The bitter-sweet taste with a marked sensation of vinegar is typical
of musts natural aging, which lasts five years. |
Food matches
Excellent raw on vegetables, grilled meat and omelettes; during the cooking for roasts, fish, rice and bitter-sweet cookery. Delicious with desserts, fruit and icecreams, too.
This product is subject to a handicraft filtration; a light deposit is almost inevitable. |
